COVID-19 event has posed an unprecedented challenge to the economies globally and leaders across industry and world are trying their best to address the situation. In an attempt to contribute in this fight against the situation, team Kognitivus has come up with a three part series on “Leading and Managing in times of COVID 19 Crisis”. These are short online sessions which attempt to provide a framework for leadership action in this crisis, suggesting processes and key competencies which will help to manage the crisis better.

This is the first part of the three part series and it aims to define the nature of crisis and then derives a framework which could be used by leadership in this crisis. We would be very happy to hear your inputs and feedback to continuously improve the content to serve you better.

We have also opened our “Coffee With Kaaran” sessions online, which are a free coaching/mentoring sessions and you can use to get an advice or share any challenge you may be facing in your professional life. You can schedule the session here https://kognitivus.com/coffee.php
