COVID-19 event has posed an unprecedented challenge to the economies globally and leaders across industry and the world are trying their best to address the situation. In an attempt to contribute in this fight against the situation, team Kognitivus has come up with a three part series on “Leading and Managing in times of COVID 19 Crisis”. These are short online sessions which attempt to provide a framework for leadership action in this crisis, suggesting processes and key competencies which will help to manage the crisis better.

This is the 2nd part of the three part series and it aims to share a framework to come up with processes that can help the businesses sail through the crisis and also helps adoption of the leadership action framework shared in the first session.
