Decision Quality<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>AI can produce options, but it cannot make the <em>right<\/em> call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two people may present equally polished recommendations, but the one who chooses wisely, consistently, and ethically will create far more long-term value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AI generates <strong>options<\/strong>, not <strong>judgment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It cannot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weigh trade-offs in messy real-world contexts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Factor in politics, emotions, or organisational dynamics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose ethically when rules conflict<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anticipate second-order effects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Judgment is fundamentally human because it blends logic + experience + intuition + ethics + context<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Influence &amp; Trust<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>AI can generate content, but it cannot build relationships, credibility, or alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AI cannot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Read a room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sense tension or hesitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build credibility over time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Earn trust through consistency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align people with conflicting priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Value Creation &amp; Impact<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>AI can optimise tasks, but it cannot own outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real value creation involves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picking the right problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving adoption across teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigating resistance and constraints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staying accountable when things get messy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>AI cannot change a customer outcome on its own, nor build capability in others.<br>Impact still depends on <strong>human ownership, prioritisation, and follow-through<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These signals cannot be automated. In continuation, AI hasn\u2019t made everyone equally capable.
