COVID-19 event has posed an unprecedented challenge to the economies globally and leaders across industry and the world are trying their best to address the situation. In an attempt to contribute in this fight against the situation, team Kognitiuvs has come up with a three part series on \u201cLeading and Managing in times of COVID 19 Crisis\u201d. These are short online sessions which attempt to provide a framework for leadership action in this crisis, suggesting processes and key competencies which will help to manage the crisis better.<\/p>\n
